V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Strategist for our premier client in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Education and Experience »

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, or relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the IT staffing or consulting industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Proven and effective use of a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Strong analytical and project management skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising and content marketing.

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams to achieve business goals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and connect efforts around SEO optimization, paid advertising, inside sales and content creation to ensure synergy and effectiveness in demand generation efforts.

Establish, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads for IT staffing, digital consulting and infrastructure consulting services.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Administration and Configuration of CRM System (HubSpot) to automate business process and reporting.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and practice areas, including IT staffing, ServiceNow, data engineering, RPA, mobile and app development and enterprise integration within digital consulting, as well as structured cabling, wireless installation and engineering services within the digital infrastructure space.

Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving our business objectives.

Oversee the strategy across thought leadership articles, social media posts, user guides and case studies, to enhance our online presence and brand visibility.

Performance Metrics:

Increase in qualified leads generated through SEO, paid advertising and other marketing initiatives.

Growth in web traffic and improvement in search engine rankings for targeted keywords.

Conversion rates of leads to opportunities and opportunities to closed deals.

Engagement and growth metrics for content published across social media and other platforms.

Return on investment (ROI) for paid advertising campaigns.

Team relations and efficiency of working across areas of marketing.

Feedback and satisfaction levels from internal stakeholders and team members.
