    Job Family Description

    Positions in this job family are responsible for oversight of regulatory compliance process and awareness initiatives. Manager Compliance will monitor changes to laws and regulations to ensure compliance with State & Federal laws, regulations, and mandates. They will assist the Compliance officer to implement standard policies, procedures, processes, and best practices across Group to promote compliance with the company's code of conduct, applicable laws, and contractual obligations. Will also conduct state-specific legal research and monitor changes to requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage compliance investigations including data review, conducting interviews of potential witnesses and subjects of the case, and drafting investigation reports.
    • Oversee operations matters and perform operational reviews ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality.
    • Assist Compliance & Ethics team in development and distribution of compliance related training materials and conducting training on key policies, procedures, and other high risk compliance matters; track and manage required completions in the region.
    • Adopting reasonable controls to measure compliance, periodic reporting, providing follow up / update to appropriate stakeholders in business, legal and senior management.
    • Preventing, identifying, and resolving potential non-compliance risks and consulting the business on proactively eliminating, mitigating, and resolving such risks.
    • Assist in identification and establishment of relevant Ethics & Compliance key risk indicators and monitoring of regulatory changes within the region.
    • Assist compliance as necessary to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the process and any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
    • Overall administer annual compliance plans for Company (3rd party Governance, Audits, Trainings, Investigations etc.).
    • Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of business. High interpersonal and communication skills.

    Education and / or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or similar educational training / CA Inter with relevant experience.
    • Between 5-10 years of related experience in compliance roles as either an Individual contributor or team member.
    • Should possess strong legal/compliance and research skills.
    • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Should have a strong background in establishing Compliance Frameworks, Risk Consulting, Anti-Corruption Monitoring, Investigations, Trainings & Communication.
