    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team at ecm-talent. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in implementing o9 and similar SCM software solutions.

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for leading solution architect efforts on o9 implementation projects, working closely with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

    • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and carry out fit-gap analysis
    • Design and document solutions, guiding configuration teams to implement them
    • Drive conversations with client business stakeholders to derive technology future states and roadmaps

    Key Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing o9 and similar SCM software solutions
    • Previous experience in a Solution Architect / Sr Solution Consultant / Sr Solution Configuration role
    • At least 2 o9 implementation projects under their belt, with strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP etc
    • Strong design and software configuration skills, along with a good command over reference models
    • Excellent communication skills, with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders

    Requirements

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    1. Expert-level knowledge of o9 and its associated business processes
    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
    3. A proven track record of delivering successful implementation projects on time and within budget
    4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
