We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead multiple R&D and company projects Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and review mechanical designs assemblies drawings in SOLIDWORKS.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams transition designs into production.
Mentor junior engineers ensure design quality documentation accuracy version control.
Apply strong technical expertise optimize designs manufacturability cost durability. Interface customers suppliers requirements approvals fabrication quality compliance. Prepare technical documentation reports presentations senior management board..
