SALES TRAINING MANAGER - PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

LOCATION - MUMBAI

Graduate or Post Graduate with 8 plus years experience in Sales Training and Product Training with Pharmaceutical industry in Pediatrics Segment.

SEGMENT : PEDIATRICS OR VACCINATION

Would be responsible for :

Sales Training and Product training for Sales professionals at all levels Pan India.

Identify the Training needs for the sales staff in coordination with the Sales Managers, Prduct Managers and HR.

Managing all the records / MIS related to training sessions and conducting the Tests post-training sessions.

Formation of the Training materials / brochures for the Training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or PG with good experience in Training the Sales professionals within Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in Pediatric segment is MUST.

Should be thorough with all the Training modues and processes like traditional and modern.

Should have handled training sessions thru Off-line as well as On-line.

Should be able to assess and identify the Training needs of the Sales staff.

Should have experience in conducting the post-training Tests and assessment of the same.

Should be good in problem solving, decision taking and result-oriented professional with strong ethics and values.
