Job Description: As a US IT Recruiter at Ascend Minds, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing skilled IT professionals for our clients' projects and technologies. You will work closely with our clients in the US and our team in India to identify and recruit the best candidates for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and project requirements.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Staying updated on industry trends and market demands.
• Work in US timings (EST/CST/PST) to ensure real-time communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a US-based staffing agency.
• Familiarity with various IT technologies and roles (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (ATS, , etc.)
• Flexibility to work during US business hours.
• Certification in recruitment (e.g. CPRW, PRC), is nice to have.
