    Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts for multiple clients within the fashion and jewelry industries. They will be adept at creating compelling content, coordinating with internal teams, communicating effectively with clients, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to meet clients' objectives and KPIs.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
    • Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, writers, and other creative professionals, to produce high-quality content that aligns with clients' brand identities.
    • Communicate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and preferences, and provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely delivery of content.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement or growth.
    • Implement paid social media strategies, including boosting posts and managing ad campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or jewelry industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive social media content.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Experience with paid social media advertising and boosting strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of design principles and basic graphic design skills (a plus).
