    Role Overview:

    The Creative Director will oversee our production & post-production projects, combining creative prowess, leadership, and technical expertise. This role demands a visionary leader who can conceptualize, execute, and deliver world-class production & post-production projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead creative direction for all production & post-production projects, ensuring high-quality output.
    • Collaborate and co-ordinate with clients to understand project goals and deliver innovative solutions.
    • Oversee editing, motion graphics, animation, and VFX processes, ensuring consistency and excellence.
    • Manage a team of editors, animators, and graphic designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual strategies aligned with client briefs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the studio's work.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining creative standards.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience in leading production & post-production teams and managing creative projects.
    • Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, animation, and storytelling techniques.
    • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and 3D software.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients effectively.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
    • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of post-production projects.

    Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
