    The position

    As a Global TA Development Project Lead, you will be responsible for: Strengthen, track & quantify prevalence & diagnosis of early AD across key markets in focus and work with CF teams to review, validate & establish robust eAD forecast & drive alignment across global organization & also with affiliates.

    Supporting the AD TA development strategy and execution to drive early diagnosis.

    Driving biomarker adoption in clinical practice and engaging stakeholders and managing projects and conducting ongoing monitoring of the diagnostic landscape to understand market trends.

    Articulating key business questions to develop RfP documents and scope out work for agency. Participating in Global summits and leading/co-leading TA development sessions aimed at knowledge sharing and guidance for affiliate markets.

    Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
    A master's degree or above in a relevant area, with a PhD being desirable. 9-12 years of relevant work experience within pharmaceutical marketing, medical affairs, market access, or sales. Experience in therapy area development, either within pharma or from a policy or healthcare organization. In-depth analytical mindset with excellent forecasting and modeling skills. Strong secondary and primary market research skills. Experience in launch and pre-commercial strategy development and execution. Affiliate experience is preferred, especially in marketing, medical, and field-based roles (sales or medical). Experience in neurology is preferred.

    About the department The Global TA Development Project Lead will be part of the Commercial – GBS unit, which is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS.

    This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
