    In Oct 2021, we completed our ecosystem with the launch of UniScholars Private Limited; an end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
    • Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
    • Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
    • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials for meetings attended by the Managing Director.
    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Project Assistance: Assist the Managing Director with special projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience of 5-7 years as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
