Role Description

This is a full-time Work From Office role based out of Sector 5 Kolkata for a Leisure Tour Operator. The person will be responsible for managing travel requests from clients and providing expert advice on travel destinations, transportation, and accommodation options. The Leisure Travel Consultant will also create customized travel itineraries, book reservations, and coordinate travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is mandatory
• 3 Years of Experience in the travel industry
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, transportation options, and accommodation facilities
• Experience using travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously
