POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
The Manager Finance SSC India primary role is to act as leader of the Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) India team, to drive sustainable improvements of financial processes, including automation of manual processes and elimination of non-value-added work, with the goal to accomplish best practices within Circor. To get there, the Manager Finance SSC India needs to act as change agent and key contact for all stakeholders, which are interacting with/be served from the Finance Shared Service Team India, especially the FinSSC Team EMEA in which he/she reports directly into. The position pro-actively supports Industrial Group ́s efforts to expand the scope of entities being supported by the Finance Shared Service Team.
