    Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Learning and Development


    Education/Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in relevant field


    Preferred Qualification:

    Role & Responsibilities:


    • Establish training goals - Assess employees' needs for training. Also confer with manager of each department to identify their training needs.


    • Track client business, project & technology trends, leading to requirements for upskilling the teams


    • Collaborate with HR team to collect individual development inputs and develop competency enhancement strategy for every individual in the organization


    • Advise and provide suggestions on best industry practices for competency development strategy


    • Devise competency development plan - Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources


    • Organize training programs including creation, selection of course content and material


    • Ensure that training content, software systems, and equipment are appropriate and meaningful


    • Ensure effective modes of training delivery (internal/external, classroom/online-course/on-job/...)


    • Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational material for employees


    • External training vendor management – Select and develop suitable partners for long-term association. Review training courses and content from external vendors.


    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors/faculty


    • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate & measure results and periodic reports to management


    • Develop, maintain, organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters of training and development events and resources


    • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff


    • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and promote a learning culture
