EssentialDuties AndResponsibilities
Trackingand managing overall operations for executing civil & fitout projects within cost & timenorms
Participatingin project review meetings for evaluating project progress&debottlenecking

Preparingproject schedules and monitoring projects with respect to CostResource Deployment Time overruns Quality and HSE Compliance toensure timely execution of projects and complete the relevantdocumentation on a weekly/monthly/project timelinebasis.

Anchoringonsite construction activities to ensure completion of projectwithin the time & cost parameters and effective resourceutilization to maximize theoutput

ImplementingQuantity Surveying services; inspecting field sites to observe andevaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures andto collect field survey data andmeasurements.

Designingand implementing stringent systems detailed design and qualityplans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all thestages ofproject.
Supervisecontracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks andcommunicating expecteddeliverables
Coordinatewith other departments and customers to ensure the highest possibleCustomer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevantinspections anddocumentation.

Involvedin material planning & developing vendors for obtainingtimely procurement of materials & equipments at costeffective prices to ensure smooth execution ofprojects.

Ensuringsuitable deployment and timely availability of manpowertechnical(designers and other supervisory staff) trade men skilled andunskilled laborsetc.
