    Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Technical Business Analyst
    The incumbent will be responsible for part of the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realization.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business team for process design

    • Document, develop, configuration & test business processes

    • A cross-functional knowledge experience of integration with other Oracle applications and third-party systems.

    • Other roles include verification of the feasibility of business users' requests functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems. Should be able to create and present key requirement artifacts
    o Requirement gathering skills
    o Scope documentation
    o User cases and the detailed specification of key business rules
    o Business process mapping diagrams and documentation
    o Prepare training manuals
    o Conduct training for multiple stakeholders

    • Collaborate with respective OEMs

    • Collaborate with other Genpact's IT teams to ensure smooth & timely execution to meet business objectives

    • Collaborate with the other application teams to nail down the integration requirements and how to make it happen

    • Manage delegate team members

    • Responsible for application operational work

    • Project technical/functional documentation

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications

    • Graduate from a recognized university

    • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment

    • Knowledge of Scrum/Waterfall methodology

    • Understanding of project management & troubleshooting skills

    • Understanding of Project Management with SaaS products delivery

    • Excellent communication, Data Analysis & presentation skills

    • A cross-functional knowledge experience of integration with other Oracle applications and third-party systems

    Preferred qualifications

    • Individual award for on-time delivery and meeting Expectations

    • Exposure to cloud/low code development platforms will be an additional advantage
