  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working with machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, including GANs, VAEs, and Autoregressive models.
  • Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and PyTorch.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to a rapidly evolving field.
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible AI development practices.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI/ML models and systems.
  • Responsibilities

  • Design and implement GenAI modules: Design and deploy scalable, production-ready GAI models tailored to specific business needs, ranging from content generation and creative automation to data augmentation and predictive analytics.
  • Lead research and development initiatives: Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements, actively explore emerging techniques, and champion the adoption of the most promising approaches within the organization.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders: Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and business leaders to understand requirements, translate challenges into GenAI opportunities, and ensure successful integration of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain GenAI infrastructure: Design and manage the underlying infrastructure and platforms required to train, deploy, and monitor GenAI models, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Evaluate and optimize GenAI performance: Continuously monitor GAI models, analyze results, and implement techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
  • Develop and implement ethical guidelines: Advocate for and ensure the responsible development and deployment of GAI solutions, adhering to company ethics frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively: Clearly articulate the technical intricacies of GenAI to stakeholders across different levels, fostering understanding and buy-in.
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate frameworks and tools.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
