    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSpecify the analytical requirements of internal stakeholders, estimate effortsDevelop practicable solution proposals in a mutual exchange with the product owners and the global team of BI Specialists and backend developersIdentify data requirements and gaps to execute change requests by backend development teams.

    Design mock-up, model, develop and improve dashboarding solutions based on Power BI or Tableau and validate the solutions together with business experts following the agile delivery process based on the SCRUM frameworkDesign mock-up, model, develop and improve visualizations in our global Planning Software (o9 Solutions, Kinaxis) validate the solutions together with business experts following the agile delivery process based on the SCRUM framework.

    Utilize expertise in BI projects where Business Intelligence competencies are requiredContribute to the BI Governance and share progress during internal knowledge transfer sessions with the team and develop yourself and othersBuild up a community of practice/ support organization to further enable staff members across the Supply Chain organization on BI competenciesInterface between the IT Insights & Analytics department and the SC organization to support driving the further development of our global data & analytics platformSupervise and guide external consultants and developers to ensure quality and efficiency of delivered results.

    Collaboration and participation in the global Power BI Admin teamSupport existing analytical solutions and issues resolution


    Qualification and Experience:3-5 years of SCM experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business intelligence, insights generation, related data management and visualizationUndergraduate degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/ or trainingDemonstrated experience in global organization with intercultural/ mgmt.

    skillsExperience in common visualization tools skills/ techniques e.g., PowerBI, Tableau.

    Experience in backend tools/ data lakes/ ETL/ data dictionary skills and tools (e.g., Alteryx, Data Factory, Azure Batch, Collibra, Synapse, SQL)Experience in ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and SC Planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, o9 Solutions) is a plusPossess understanding of key operations-related SCM business process (e.g., PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE, DELIVER) and performance managementStrong facilitation, consultation, and convening skills and project experience.

    Training and change management experience is a plusConfidence in presenting to various audiences, in English, Japanese a plusExcellent levels of spoken and written English and experience preparing reportsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationshipsWell-organized, with project management skills and an ability to establish and work to prioritiesAbility and willingness to travel (max 20%)
