Engineering Manager:

We are looking for a strong Engineering Manager to manage a team of engineers tasked to build our new set of products.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in the software development field in multiple product companies, preferably Seller Centric Domain. Experience in eCommerce domain is mandatory
• Professional experience in Python & Django OR Python & Golang/Java
• Prior experience with improving processes and standards for product development
• Must have the ability to design schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with DevOps practices is advantageous
• Team Management experience in leading and mentoring engineers
• Experience in end-to-end product development, starting from conceptualization, designing, developing to launch
• Should have built and shipped product from 1-10 or 10-100
• Must be eager to create an impact and willing to work towards enhancing the programming and management skills
• Knowledge of product planning methods and the ability to use them effectively
• Well organized, and must be able to visualize the bigger picture
• Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple products
• Self-motivated, results-driven individual, passionate about technology
