    Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner


    Position:
    AM- HR Business Partner (HRBP) ( MBA full Time)

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Planning:

    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

    Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

    Performance Management:

    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.

    Learning and Development:

    • Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.
    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Interpret and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

    HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess HR effectiveness, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and insights to management for informed decisionmaking.

    Employee Wellness and Benefits Administration:

    • Coordinate employee wellness programs, benefits administration, and HR initiatives to support employee well-being and work-life balance.
    • Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits packages.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with specific experience in the BPO industry preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for strategic decisionmaking.
    • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office suite, and HR analytics tools.
