Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Consult to determine Architectural preferences to meet overall design goals and to determine functional & spatial requirements.

Develop design from conceptualization through DD and CD stage

Create and modify design using Revit & AutoCAD.

Recommend adaptations & Modifications to complete working drawing sets.

Coordination with clients to resolve operator design intentions

Ensure integrity/ quality of the models

Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.

Design across conceptual, schematic, design, development, and construction phases.

Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.

Complete 100% DD milestones & submission.
