Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations and Strategy, located in Noida. The Manager of Operations and Strategy will be responsible for analyzing business trends, creating business plans, performing market research, developing strategic plans, and providing consulting services.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

2) Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes.

3) Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance overall team productivity.

4) Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on team and individual performance.

5) Work closely with clients to understand their needs and address any operational issues promptly.

6) Generate regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency to nagivate areas for improvement.
