· The candidate should be responsible and attentive towards work.
· The candidate should be responsible for the leads, positive clients, and existing clients to achieve the targets given.
· Communication skills should be good with the customers on calls, mails, one-on-one conversations on site etc.
· The duties of Pre-Sales are to call customers and give them information about our projects, introducing them to our new projects.
· A candidate should ask the customers about their needs and then suggest to them our projects.
· Sending details about projects to the leads across
· Should be cooperative towards the team and must be honest towards work.
· Should be polite in his or her nature.
· Should have experience in real estate.
· The candidate must be in touch with the potential clients and ask them for a site visit.
· Should be a great speaker and a great listener.
· Should have solutions to the problems and should help customers if they have any doubts.
· Assigning leads to the sales person
· Generating a database from the new and old leads.
