MANAGER NOTES:

Provide level 1 support for Laptop Hardware deployment, Laptop replacements, updating and upgrading of Firmware - Windows and Mac for sales, marketing and engineering teamsMac, Windows, Google (drive, docs, calendar), Zoom - Must-Have experienceMust have excellent communication and people skill as candidate will be expected to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing teamsMust be hands-on and have strong technical experience with Windows 11, Mac OSX, configuration and support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment.

Looking for an all-rounder with minimum 4 to 5 years of overall experience, who can support windows and Mac desktopSomeone who has worked for Facebook or Uber is the past will be a good fit for this roleMust be familiar with using zoomUsual work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm ISTCandidates have to be onsite at the Bangalore office all 5 days a week
