    Our ideal candidate is a seasoned performance marketing professional with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. With a strong focus on campaign management, ad creation, and performance analysis, this role requires a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and achieve performance goals, including setting up and managing search, display, and video campaigns.
    • Ad Creation: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that capture the audience's attention and drive conversions.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools, analyzing metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI, adjusting bids and budgets based on performance data and campaign goals.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
    • Personal Competencies:
      • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
      • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools.
