Description

• 2+ years of experience with involvement in 1+ end to end model processes supporting a use case in production
• Proficiency in website analytics, customer segmentation, & testing/experimentation (A/B, audience, geographic)
• Experience with algorithms throughout the data science space: Supervised (Regression & Classification), Unsupervised (Clustering & Anomaly Detection), Time Series & Forecasting, Neural Networks
• Solid understanding of model metrics and which can/should be used for specific use cases
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Python/R & SQL knowledge is critical; familiarity with MLOps concepts (Git, branching, CI/CD) desired
• Natural curiosity with a strong business acumen (retail preferred)
• Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects easily while meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner
