    Job Description:

    We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Product Engineering (SaaS) to lead and scale our product engineering function in Hyderabad. With over 12 years of experience in building SaaS products, the ideal candidate will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our SaaS solutions while driving engineering excellence across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of engineers in the development and delivery of innovative SaaS products.
    • Own the product engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, scaling, and maintenance of SaaS applications.
    • Define and execute the technical strategy for our SaaS offerings, ensuring they are highly scalable, secure, and meet customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX/UI Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements and technical capabilities.
    • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices within the team to ensure fast delivery of high-quality products.
    • Establish and monitor key engineering metrics to ensure product performance, uptime, and scalability meet service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Lead product innovation, staying ahead of market trends and identifying new opportunities for SaaS product enhancements and differentiation.
    • Scale and optimize engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure to support business growth.
    • Built and nurture a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration, quality, and innovation.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    • 12+ years of experience in product engineering, with significant expertise in SaaS-based products and at least 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Strong technical background in cloud-based architectures, microservices, multi-tenant systems, and modern SaaS technologies.
    • Proven experience in leading large SaaS product teams and driving successful product delivery at scale.
    • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing distributed engineering teams.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
