    Key Responsibilities

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to closing
    • Sourcing candidates using various search methods to build a robust pipeline
    • Application Management, including screening candidates and reviewing resumes
    • Taking ownership of candidate experience and designing effective onboarding processes
    • Stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers to ensure smooth closures
    • Facilitating the offer process and negotiating employment terms
    • Managing onboarding and new hire processes
    • Staying up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
