Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Mode)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The Project Manager is accountable for service delivery and successful execution of all tasks across aligned Client Service Groups (CSG) in either implementation or ongoing mode.
2. The PM will also directly manage the resource allocation within a CSG, taking into consideration the workload/business needs.
3. The PM functions as a people manager for aligned Business Systems Analysts (BSAs).
4. In collaboration with BSMs and systems Configuration Leads (SCLs), they support ongoing coaching, cross-training, skill development, and mentoring of BSAs working in the CSG.
5. The PM is accountable for meeting and/or exceeding utilization and quality targets.
6. Hold BSAs accountable for Jira updates, including ticket status, work effort, time tracking, and documentation to ensure that scope, cost, and resource allocation per project can be evaluated.
