- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in BMS operations
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and equipment
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting BMS software and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Operate and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the effective functioning of all building systems
- Monitor and control HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems through the BMS
- Perform regular inspections of building equipment and systems to identify any abnormalities or issues
- Respond promptly to alarms and system failures, and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for any repairs or servicing required
- Collect and analyze data from the BMS to identify energy-saving opportunities and improve system efficiency
- Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to junior BMS operators, as required
