JOB DESCRIPTION:

MERN Stack developers both conduct and are a part of project planning & scheduling, design discussions and development and respond to final delivery, and are responsible for addressing and improving any technical issues when they arise.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MERN STACK DEVELOPERMust possess strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems into smaller atomic units of work.

Must be able to develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
Do unit testing for the development work carried out.
Act as a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot problems and provide participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
Willing to learn and adopt new technologies in a short period of time as required by the project.
Will require to produce technical documentation as the requirements of the project.
Remain up to date with the modern industry practices involved in designing & developing high-quality software.

Should be able to do performance engineering and identify and fix have the ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps.

AWS SERVER (DEV OPPS)Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage an AWS production systemMaking sure AWS production systems are reliable, secure, and scalablecreate multiple server and deploy the data with their instances and manager all activities.

Resolving problems across multiple application domains and platforms using system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniquesAutomating different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing toolsProvide primary operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deploymentsLead the organisations platform security efforts by collaborating with the core engineering teamDevelop policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow

FLUTTER DEVELOPERBuild intuitive, engaging and progressive user interactions for mobile appsDelivers well-defined features of small to medium complexity on a regular basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of , , MongoDB (or React).Graduation in computers –Full-time B.E / B. Tech or an MCA degree.
Need a clear understanding of JavaScript.
Sound understanding of MVVM/MVC and design patterns.
Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs.
Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).Must have experience in MERN Stack development.
Experience in developing responsive web applications.
Good communication skills.
Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.
Should have experience in using Git & VSCode.
Knowledge of AWS, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting will be considered positively.
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applicationsImplementation of security and data protection.
