    About Team & Product/Project Details

    Synergy is seeking an experienced Senior level Software Engineer to work as a key team member developing microservices and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of Java, microservices development. This is a great position for a highly motivated self-starter that excels in fast paced environments, enjoys an agile environment, and brings a collaborative, team-oriented approach to software development

    What you will be doing

    The Technical Lead will be responsible for the architecture of the application, coding and analyzing application software and business applications.Working with the development team, product owner and QA Engineers to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions and be responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for products and business applications.

    What you bring (Experience Level & Mandatory Skills in potential candidate)


    •Experience defining solution architecture, design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications/ frameworks.


    •Experience of working in agile environment.


    •Define best practices, code review process for the team to follow.


    •Experience in identifying productivity and quality process improvements and incorporate as needed.

    Desired Skills, Qualifications and Technical Requirements


    •Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering.


    •You possess experience in end-to-end Development.


    •You possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, Spring Boot, Rest API, JavaScript, XML.


    •Experience in SQL, PL/SQL.


    •7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE.


    •Experience developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices.


    •Define code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews.


    •Experience in API Management.


    •Excellent in design patterns, data structures & algorithms, OOAD.


    •Experience in using version control and CI / CD tools.


    •Experience in code refactoring and performance tuning of application.


    •Exposure to application security is highly desired.


    •Good experience in any one of popular cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).


    •Strong implementation experience using Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and clean code principles.


    •Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.


    •Assist in hiring right talent to organization.

    Bonus if you have


    •AWS/GCP/AZURE experience


    •Healthcare Industry experience
