    Analyst Description Qualifications Primary Responsibilities


    The primary responsibilities of the role include:

    Support quality assurance, analysis and reporting all components of ORD Framework such as Risk and Control Assessment, Issues, Internal and External Incidents, Metrics etc.

    Activities could cover Firmwide, Regional, Legal Entity and Business Units coverage areas
    Performing data analysis and transforming data into dashboards for internal governance and monitoring
    Interacting with data providers and stakeholders to discuss data quality issues and breaches
    Collaborating with Op Risk Managers and various stakeholders across the global
    Adherence to various governance requirements
    Managing BAU support and catering to adhoc requirements on timely basis

    Could be required to support Operational Risk Capital processes like Capital Benchmarking, different types of variance analysis (Capital, Scenario Analysis, Internal Loss Data Variances).

    Could be required to coordinate with ORX consortium industry for loss inbound and outbound process and act as subject matter expert to handle all queries from ORX and participate in new data related industry projects.


    Requirements
    The ideal candidate would have:

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar. Master's degree is a plus.

    Around 1-2 years experience within the financial services industry/consulting firms, or similar industries subject to comparable regulatory and legal considerations.

    Strong interest in financial services, risk management and reporting
    Good understanding and experience of operational risk management concepts such as risk assessments, incidents, scenarios, metrics etc.
    Experience in Operational Risk capital processes and/or handling ORX consortitium data will be an added advantage.
    Expertise in PowerPoint and Advance Excel. Good working knowledge of VBA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI is desirable.
    Keen to learn technology-based skill set depending on the need
    Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to present ideas concisely
    Ability to work under pressure with competing demands and challenging deadlines
    Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    Ability to collaborate and work across teams

    Coverage

    Monday to Friday from 11.00PM to 8.00PM. Coverage is dependent on business needs so flexibility on required finish time or full day's coverage may be required.
