    Description

    About Us: Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company. It drives consumers and merchants to its platform with various payment use cases. The company provides services like utility payments, money transfers, and enables consumers to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI).

    To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway. Payment aggregation is done through PPI and other banks' financial instruments. Additionally, the company offers commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store.

    About the Team: We have two systems: Fastag Issuer System and Fastag Acquirer System. The Fastag Issuer System handles new Fastag issuances and toll charge deductions. The Fastag Acquirer System manages transactions at toll plazas.

    About the Role:
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation
    • Regularly interact with NHAI stakeholders and toll management
    • Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones (focusing on Commercial Vehicle Owners, OEM dealers, and Corporate Paytm Service Agents) for FASTag category
    • Organize corporate activities and alliances with residential areas in territories for incremental sales
    • Have good knowledge of the area or territory to target suitable customers for better sales conversion
    • Conduct extensive travel to manage business and rectify gaps
    • Recruit, train, and motivate ground teams to achieve designated sales targets and build strong Paytm Service Agents networks
    • Track team performance, address problems, and conduct periodic reviews of group leaders and associates based on assigned KPIs
    • Gather consistent feedback from markets about existing offerings and competitor moves as input for product enhancements

    Compensation: This role comes with a competitive salary package of approximately ₹8 lakhs per annum
