- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform across multiple applications (ITSM or HRSD modules)
- Hands-on experience with Process Automation Designer and Playbook
- Over 5 years of IT experience covering various roles in the SDLC
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow features including App Engine Studio
- 3+ years of experience in developing customized ServiceNow portals and widgets
- Capable of designing and implementing complex portal pages and debugging portal/widget-related issues
- Extensive hands-on experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, NodeJS, and ServiceNow scripting
- Proficient in UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Widgets, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Workspace, Workflows, Flow Designers, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Strong background in using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets in Service Portals
- Familiar with Application Development, App Designer, and Application Scope Access Controls
- Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with UI Scripts, UI Policies, Variables, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX
- Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs and best practices
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Certified Application Developer
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with high-security external applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-driven and able to work independently in Agile environments
- Familiarity with Agile execution methodologies, ceremonies, and development lifecycle processes
