    Description

    OBJECTIVE:

    • Overall Management of Customer Relationship in Americas
    • Increase the Bid pipeline and Win new business for the company-Submit competitive bids on time to Customer's satisfaction
    • Ensure business development process adherence, audits for the accounts of the region
    • Beat Plan Compliance, Bid Pipeline Management, Customer relationship management
    • Manage company presence in Airshows & other marketing forums

    Execution/Implementation:

    • Ensure bids go on time every time- detailed and compliant with all approvals
    • Ensure high degree of customer centricity and customer intimacy
    • Work with internal teams- estimation, engineering, supply chain, COE's to ensure all approvals are secured for the bids
    • Lead and manage growth in bid pipeline and conversion ratio for the region

    People Related:

    • Manage the team to ensure highest levels of response time and detailed orientation to bid and win proposals
    • Train the team on business case proposals, customer management.
    • Work with the team to ensure BD process compliance
