- Overall Management of Customer Relationship in Americas
- Increase the Bid pipeline and Win new business for the company-Submit competitive bids on time to Customer's satisfaction
- Ensure business development process adherence, audits for the accounts of the region
- Beat Plan Compliance, Bid Pipeline Management, Customer relationship management
- Manage company presence in Airshows & other marketing forums
- Ensure bids go on time every time- detailed and compliant with all approvals
- Ensure high degree of customer centricity and customer intimacy
- Work with internal teams- estimation, engineering, supply chain, COE's to ensure all approvals are secured for the bids
- Lead and manage growth in bid pipeline and conversion ratio for the region
- Manage the team to ensure highest levels of response time and detailed orientation to bid and win proposals
- Train the team on business case proposals, customer management.
