- Create wellness programs for guests
- Create and develop innovative programs and services to foster a culture of Wellness
- Consult co-ordinate a comprehensive range of wellness activities and programs
- Prepare with other departments heads in the company to align efforts and reinforce a culture of wellness
- Prepare and implement budgets and strategies
- Spa/Gym/Salon/Swimming/pool/Sports Area operations, purchases and maintenance of wellness spaces
- Organise and oversee all wellness events
- Control all costs
- Conduct training sessions for wellness team
- Creating SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for maintaining the consistency in spa treatments and procedures
- Develop and maintain data strategy to evaluate program success and direction.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Web/Internet-based programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate programs and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills in database software such as Microsoft Access preferred.

Execute operations of all wellness area in The Residency. Develop programs/experiences for guests that create awareness and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Motivate, educate wellness, and provides tools to employees that help them to adapt well-being.
