- Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
- Driving MOM growth for the Community on FB, Instagram, and other channels
- Oversee ORM - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Running periodic social brand audits.
- Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between the brand and audience base to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the project.
- Lead in-the moment marketing and to look at avenues to create viral social content
- Work with team to develop innovative, creative and effective video ideas for UGC, Localized & influencer content
- Taking care of all the video collateral for the brand & growing the YouTube channel
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Report on influencer performance - organic and paid
- Manage campaign budget and ensure campaign profitability, deadlines and key milestones are met
- Bachelor's/PG degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline
- A good grasp of the different social media insights dashboards (Meltwater , Upfluence , Oppurtune)
- Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Hands on experience in content management
- Ability to manage end to end project delivery as per process
