    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
    • Driving MOM growth for the Community on FB, Instagram, and other channels
    • Oversee ORM - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Running periodic social brand audits.
    • Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between the brand and audience base to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the project.
    • Lead in-the moment marketing and to look at avenues to create viral social content
    • Work with team to develop innovative, creative and effective video ideas for UGC, Localized & influencer content
    • Taking care of all the video collateral for the brand & growing the YouTube channel
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
    • Report on influencer performance - organic and paid
    • Manage campaign budget and ensure campaign profitability, deadlines and key milestones are met

    Skills for the Role:

    • Bachelor's/PG degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline
    • A good grasp of the different social media insights dashboards (Meltwater , Upfluence , Oppurtune)
    • Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
    • Hands on experience in content management
    • Ability to manage end to end project delivery as per process
