    Dhwani Rural Information Systems is a social/development sector-focused advisory and consulting firm that develops IT applications for NGOs, government functionaries, CSRs, and international funding organizations to manage their projects and programs in India and abroad.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Head to lead our recruitment efforts.

    This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process, and will play a key role in shaping our organization's talent strategy.

    Job Overview:


    The TA Head at Dhwani Rural Information Systems will be responsible for supervising the TA team and tracking performance metrics.

    They will lead and own the recruitment cycle working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other internal and external stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional individuals who align with our company culture and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition and on-boarding:


    • Regularly communicate with department heads to understand their hiring needs, anticipate open positions and plan for them. Advise the hiring managers on recruiting decisions.
    • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to support the company's growth objectives
    • Utilize a range of sourcing channels, including networking, referrals, social media, engaging hiring partners and direct sourcing, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, and educational institutes to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
    • Manage endtoend recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    Team Management

    • Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets hiring goals and objectives. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
    • Capacity management of the team, efficiently divide and manage workload to ensure timely hiring.
    Process efficiency and improvement:


    • Understand, improve, and monitor our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality standards along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates
    • Gather and understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process



    Essential requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 68 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent in a fastpaced environment.
    • 23 years of experience in a team management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively to solve complex recruitment challenges.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies. )
