    Job Description :

    • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience in mainframe technologies
    • Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
    • Demonstrated experience leading teams of engineers (onshore and offshore)
    • Demonstrated experience with Mainframe


    JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS, stored procs, MQ, SYNCSORT required; Easytrieve a plus Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical, and business product managers on solution design.


    • Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/underdefined problems.
    • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
    Experience with payments technology and industry is a plus Owns all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications.

    • Performs handson architecture, design, and development of systems.
    • Manages and mentors' teams of junior and senior engineers through ongoing sprints.
    • Functions as a senior member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices, tools and common components.
    • Develops deep understanding of tieins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains.
