You should be talented enough toproduce web design which is par with the content. You should havethe skills to represent the clients business objectives withpowerful web design.

Responsibilities

• Undertakedesigning assignments entirely from the stage of conception to thefinal completion.
• Bring visual concepts thatare catchy and appealing to the client or designagency.
• Build userfriendly designs to simplifythe complex processes.
• Create clear storyboardsprocess flows and sitemaps to make it easier for theclient.
• Conduct design presentations in thepresence of all the stakeholders including the managementexecutives as well as the client.
• Identify thetechnical problem by testing the webpages.
• Give suggestions and guidance for thedesigners responsible for layout styles and color for the userinterface design.
• Coordinate with the designteam and web developers.
• Optimize the existingsite for maximum scalability and speed.
• Createa website that is effective and appealing for the best userexperiences.
• Track the latest trends andtechniques concerning the field of webdesigning.

Requirements

• Computer Science or Information Technology. BS/MS inHumanComputer Interaction or VisualArts.
• Proven 2 years of work experience as aWeb Designer Visual Designer or relevantwork.
• A strong web designing portfolio would bepreferred.
• Highly proficient in Photoshop HTMLCSS and PHP.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrumdevelopment.
• Ability to follow best practicesand international coding standards.
• Ability towork with various content managementsystems.
• Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
• Ability to work from home wheneverrequired.
• High degree ofaccuracy.
• Good time management skills andability to meet the deadline.
• A keen eye ondetails.
