    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Collection & Credit Management Services, Inc. to join our team. As an Executive Collection & Credit Management Services, Inc., you will be responsible for managing the company's credit and collection activities. This includes evaluating customer creditworthiness, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving payment issues in a timely manner. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
    • Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
    • Contact customers regarding overdue payments
    • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts
    • Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable
    • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer payment issues
    • Produce financial reports and analysis related to collections and credit management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payment activities
    • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline credit and collection processes
