    Overview:

    The AssistantManager Accounts plays a crucial role in overseeing the financialoperations of the organization. They are responsible formaintaining accurate financial records preparing financial reportsand ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role isessential for supporting the finance department and enablinginformed decisionmaking by the managementteam.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist in thepreparation of financial statements
    • Manageaccount reconciliation processes
    • Supervise andmentor accounting staff
    • Ensure compliance withtax regulations
    • Contribute to budgeting andforecasting activities
    • Monitor and analyzefinancial data
    • Participate in the developmentof internal control policies
    • Coordinate withexternal auditors
    • Provide support for financialaudits
    • Assist in the implementation ofaccounting software
    • Review and optimizeaccounting processes
    • Prepare cash flowstatements
    • Handle intercompanytransactions
    • Conduct varianceanalysis
    • Assist in financial planningactivities

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or relatedfield
    • Professional accounting qualification(e.g. CPA CMA)
    • Minimum of 5 years of experiencein accounting
    • Proficiency in accountingsoftware (e.g. QuickBooks SAP)
    • Strong knowledgeof financial reporting standards
    • Experience inteam management
    • Indepth understanding of taxcompliance
    • Ability to perform accountreconciliations
    • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills
    • Knowledge of budgetingand forecasting techniques
    • Familiarity withinternal control procedures
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities
    • Detailoriented with a high level ofaccuracy
    • Ability to multitask and meetdeadlines
