    Description

    Must Have :

    • 10+ years of handson experience in data modelling, with a deep expertise in relational database.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and effective data models that align with business objectives.
    • Design and develop complex data models for both transactional and analytical systems using Azure SQL, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
    • Evaluate existing data structures and recommend improvements or optimizations to enhance data quality, performance, and usability.
    • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata documentation, and data lineage to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of data models.
    • Work closely with data engineers and developers to implement and maintain data models, ensuring consistency across the data ecosystem.
    • Perform data analysis to identify data patterns, relationships, and anomalies, and incorporate these insights into data model designs.
    • Collaborate with database administrators to ensure proper implementation, configuration, and optimization of Azure SQL environment.
    • Expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining database solutions on the Azure platform.
    • Expertise in SQL Server, SQL development
    • DML & DDL scripts.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to data modeling, Azure services, and database technologies.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data modelers and team members on data modeling techniques and best practices.
    • Participate in data architecture discussions and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization.
