Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice booking, verification, and payment processing
- Manage advance payments, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations, including accurate deductions, filings, and reconciliations
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain advanced Excel-based MIS reports for management review
- Work on ERP systems for accounting entries, tracking payables, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth payment cycles
- Support audits by providing required documents and clarifications
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Accounts Payable processes
- Hands-on experience in vendor reconciliation and advance accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Practical experience working on ERP systems
- Good analytical and communication skills
