We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager for our reputed client based out of Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven expertise in product development within the FMCG industry, with a focus on innovative and consumer-centric solutions. Based in Mumbai, the Product Development Manager will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of the brands products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and market relevance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development process, aligning with brands objectives and consumer needs.

2. Conduct market research, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage testing/validation.

3. Drive continuous improvement of existing products, stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

2. 4-5 years FMCG product development experience.

3. Strong project management, communication, and innovation skills.

CTC offered 10-12 Lakhs per annum
