    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre Primary Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Pre Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a full-time position based in Chalisgaon, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree with early childhood education or related field.
    • Certification in Montessori Education or ECCED.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
    • Passion for working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
    • Creative and resourceful in designing engaging activities.
    • High level of patience and empathy.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Create a safe and supportive classroom environment for young children.
    • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
    • Provide individualized attention to each child, focusing on their social, emotional, and intellectual development.
    • Promote positive behavior and discipline techniques.
    • Monitor and track the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents.
    • Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children.
    • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
    • Follow all school policies and procedures.
