- Responsible for building experience centers for Wholsum foods in 3 key multi formats
- Conceptualise,develop decision journey / prototype and manage end to end execution for this key launch in India.
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy including the marketing plan/ media mix budget etc.
- Coordinate with Sales and business team to drive footfalls and own P&L for these centers
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Managing and planning the social calendar and comms with the objective to gain share of voice in the category - Instagram/ Facebook/ YouTube and the emerging platforms for discovery.
- Evaluating organic social health and accordingly planning media boost.
- Track weekly metrics on the social accounts to understand the change in content and design required to enhance the consumer journey.
- Understand food category trends across companies & channels.
- Understand consumer requirements & insights from products.
- Calendarize category initiatives with focus products within FMCG, Consumer durable & D2C.
- Plan platform-wise initiatives for focus products.
- Media planning & execution of campaigns for specific initiatives
- Portfolio planning in terms of market competitiveness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- Proven work experience managing brand strategy of a good brand.
- MBA mandatory – Full-time program
- 7-9 yrs of brand management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity/Knowledge expertise in kids' segment/food/recipe content
