    Job Title: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with our SEO and marketing teams to deliver outstanding results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.

    - Create and manage paid social media campaigns to support overall SEM efforts and drive engagement.

    - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.

    - Manage campaign budgets, staying within budget while estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

    - Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve paid search campaign performance.

    - Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion for paid campaigns.

    - Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and links.

    - Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align overall digital Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or in a similar role.

    Requirements:

    - Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

    - Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

    - Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.

    - Proficiency in bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, or similar).

    - Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, or WebTrends.

    - Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.

    - Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate detailed SEM performance reports.

    - Up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and industry best practices.

    - Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

    Education:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
