    Role Overview: Assistant Manager - Logistics & Industrial

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Development –

    • Actively pursue business development initiatives within the Industrial & Warehousing sector.
    • Engage in targeted networking, cold outreach, and industry events while leveraging existing relationships across business units.
    • Conduct research on organizations seeking to establish or expand operations through various channels.
    • Collaborate with Line Managers to formulate and implement effective business development strategies.
    • Schedule meetings with key stakeholders to discuss their real estate needs.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including presentations and proposals.

    Support Transaction Services

    • Evaluate client needs, maintain ongoing client communication, provide pricing insights, and participate in proposal discussions.
    • Assist the transaction advisory team in successfully finalizing real estate deals.
    • Prepare information memorandums, conduct financial analyses, and gather market intelligence.
    • Ensure exceptional client service through regular communication, site visits, presentations, and timely follow-ups during the execution phase.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • A strong passion for the real estate industry.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
