Conduct personnel performance check to assesstraining needs and improve product knowledge for better customerengagement.
Handle all transactions related to pettycash bills payments stock movements and settlements.
Managing and making sure that the correct mix of merchandise isavailable at the store.
Driving sell through andinventory efciency weekly competition tracking discountmanagement.
Ensure Adherence of all SOPs with dailystore sales cash/ card settlements/ inventory movement and otherstore operations.
